Alright... I'll admit it. I am obsessed with all things matcha. I've been experimenting with different recipes, and this seems to be the easiest, (and most delicious recipe I've found so far!) All you need is 1 tbsp matcha powder, 1 cup almond milk, and a little bit of honey. I've done iced & hot lattes with matcha, and both are awesome. (It seems like the hot version mixes a little better with the powder). I'm so excited to have found a healthier alternative of caffeine... because coffee three times a day isn't exactly practical, (but the energy is much needed!) What other types of lattes have you guys tried to make? Has anyone tried to make a turmeric latte? So curious to hear your feedback!
